This is a reference to Wu-Tang Clan who compared themselves to Voltron in the song Shame on a Nigga.
Voltron is the name of a giant robot in an anime television series that features a team of space explorers known as the Voltron Force. The space explorers pilot robot lions who join together to form the giant robot with which they defend the galaxy from evil.
Royce is comparing Slaughterhouse to Voltron. That is, they come together and form an invincible rapping robot, whose sole purpose is to rid the rap industry from its evil and fakeness. In this extended metaphor, we learn that Crooked I makes up the arms, Joell Ortiz is the body, Joe Budden carries them on his legs, and Royce is the head.
Alone, these 4 individuals all had solo careers with their own fan base and talents. But together, they truly do form into an unstoppable force watching over the rap industry.
