While Rocky was not aware of it when he wrote the song (we asked him, just to be sure), there is another kind of PMW. Stylized as PxMxWx, they were a New Orleans gangster bounce group who were an early signee to Cash Money Records. Their letters, though, stood for “Project’s Most Wanted”
