Jean extends the “A to Z” idea by punning on the alphabet while talking about her alpha personality.

She see’s herself as an Alpha personality when it comes to relationships, and “bet it’s” is a play on words for Beta, so she is basically saying if a guy is more of a beta personality, it’s going to be hard for them to stay together.

Another musical pun here. The morbid Biblical connotations of the “turns to dust” phrase – Genesis 3:19 says “Dust thou art, and unto dust thou shalt return” – are somewhat lightened by her namedropping of noted production duo the Dust Brothers – who, it should be noted, produced the soundtrack to Jean’s favorite movie, Fight Club

A “before and after” phrase by Jean here – the “I think” applies both to “I just stopped being the one for ya, I think” and “I think too much”, with a slight pause between “think” and “too” to make this clear

Jean makes a reference to this Meth lyric (itself a Rolling Stones quote). The song appeared on 1993’s Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), whose year of release Jean gets wrong (intentionally) twice to keep up the rhyme scheme, while wistfully noting that her former beau would have gotten all of her hip-hop related jokes

Jean continues with the “out the window” puns here. In 2001, rapper and producer Erick Sermon was hospitalized after what police claimed was a fall from a third story window that was likely a suicide attempt

The beef between Three 6 Mafia (and the rest of Memphis) and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony was short-lived but intense. This tune was perhaps the highlight of the whole back-and-forth.
