A “street sweeper” is a shotgun capable of taking out a whole street of people, and the purpose of a broom is to use for for sweeping into a dustpan.

Royce calls his magazine (he made an error on this line—it’s actually a drum) for the street sweeper his broom that he sweeps people away with.

street sweeper is a shotgun called Armsel Striker, AKA street sweeper because it was designed for riot control and combat.

so the reference to the broom is just related to its name street sweeper and he calls the ‘mag’ (magazine/drum) a broom.

Royce is making a statement here: if you use those rhymed words and you’re not a part of Young Money, then he won’t hesitate to diss you in a track.

Lil Wayne said this in the song “I’m Goin' In”:

I’m so official all I need is a whistle

And Drake made a rhyme scheme with “official”, “ref” and “whistle” in “Best I Ever Had”:

She call me the referee, cause I be so official
My shirt ain’t got no stripes, but I can make your pussy whistle

The latter is who Royce might be aiming this statement at, but he is only saying that those three words in particular are what members of Young Money rhyme with the most.

Royce lashes out at rappers who use simple, cliche rhymes and rap about partying (ironically, Eminem uses the “bottle”/“model” rhyme in the hook of “Crack a Bottle”)

Perhaps even more ironic is that Royce himself uses a “model/bottle” rhyme in his song Hip Hop.

Granted, when Royce says ‘model’ in his song, it’s a gun and not a girl.

This is also Eminem’s way of making fun of rappers who aren’t lyrically proficient, so they resort to using old, overused rhyme schemes,
