Here, he suggests Kim’s butthole would be too loose and since he wants to fuck something tight, he’ll need to shove a flashlight up her ass to put his dick in.
Here, he also suggests that he wants a fleshlight of Kim’s ass aka the Grand Canyon.
Em also referenced Kim Kardashian’s ass in “We Made You,” another single from the Relapse album.

Kim Kardashian featured on a magazine cover

This line also says that Kim’s butt is so big and deep that he needs a flashlight to check things out before going in.

Em has referenced Ramada Inn (an American hotel franchise) in many of his songs; “As the World Turns,” a track off of his 1999 debut album, contains this line: “They threw me out the Ramada Inn, I said it wasn’t me, I got a twin. ‘Oh my God, it’s you, not again!’” The Ramada Inn is a hotel that his parents' band performed at.

Eminem is nodding in and out of consciousness from the effects of Klonopin and opiates, which have disoriented him and affected his mind.

On “I’m Having a Relapse” (a track that came out right before Relapse), Eminem describes “trying to stick [his] fuckin' dick inside a mannequin’s ass”. He’s showing the mannequin more love

This is also a reference to the infamous serial killer and necrophiliac Jeffrey Dahmer, who once, prior to his murder spree, stole a male mannequin from a department store and kept it in his room to use for sexual stimulation.

Also note how he enunciates the word “man again” to make it sound like “mannequin”.

In keeping with the horrorcore feel of the song, this is a nod to the 1991 horror film The Silence of the Lambs. In the film, the line is “It places the lotion in the basket.” Looks like Slim didn’t do his homework…or it just fits in better with his fake accent.

However, it is notable that the first line uses ‘she’, whereas the next two are ‘it’, which is how Buffalo Bill refers to his victim. So who is “she”? Wait for it…Buffalo Bill! Keep in mind that Buffalo Bill is a transexual. So instead of putting himself in Bill’s shoes, he is a third party onlooker, and describes Bill putting the lotion in the bucket before passing it down to the victim, who then applies it to their skin (before they get hosed again).

During these lines, in the background there’s a snippet from the film, in which you can hear one of Buffalo Bill’s victims, Catherine Martin screaming for help.

Eminem did seemingly attempt suicide in 1997, though he’s not been the most reliable narrator.

He was quoted in the 2003 biography, The Dark Story of Eminem (pg. 68.), saying: “I don’t know if I was necessarily trying to kill myself, I was just really depressed and kept thinking, more pills, more pills, I just kept takin' ‘em.”

However, he offered an alternate, more detailed recount of what happened in his 2008 autobiography, The Way I Am (pg. 28.)

I went back to Detroit depressed and totally broke. A little while after that, I started recording the original version of […] “Rock Bottom.” It’s a serious, sad song. During that session, Mark Bass and I found out that this guy who we thought was going to get us a deal at Jive Records only worked in the mail room, and he had no juice at all. I was completely depressed in one of those just-fuck-it states. That night at the studio was the first time I ever used drugs. I swallowed a handful of Tylenol 3s. My whole mind frame was, I’m going to finish this song, and this’ll be the last song I ever record. Thank God I had no tolerance for that shit because I puked up everything in the fucking bathroom.

So, yes, he did attempt suicide once, and he has written numerous songs where he’s died. 1997’s “Murder, Murder” closes with him being shot by police, while the penultimate couplet of his 1999 breakout single, “My Name Is”, is:

I lay awake and strap myself in the bed
Put a bulletproof vest on and shoot myself in the head (Bang!)

Following this album’s release, he continued to use this motif for such songs as “Encore / Curtains Down,” “Bad Guy,” and “Parking Lot (Skit).”

This line pokes fun at televangelists and politicians who condemn rappers like Eminem that rap about controversial topics, even though they are the ones that are involved in actual scandals. This line is done in the Mr. Mackey from South Park voice that he also uses on “The Kids”, since Mr. Mackey is representative of lame and ineffective authority figures.

This line also appears to make fun of all the devout Christians who use God and the bible to condemn homosexuals but somehow excuse their own unethical behavior. Although Eminem definitely makes fun of gay people, he does not exempt those who use illogical reasoning and are hypocritical in their actions.

This line may also be interpreted as a preacher praying for Eminem to be purified but meanwhile he’s being a bad Christian by asking for bribes and sleeping with hookers.

Gianni Versace was the founder and namesake of the famous Versace fashion company. He was shot and killed in 1997 in front of his house, presumably on his way to the mailbox to check his mail. But Eminem also plays on the “mail/male” homophone to suggest he might have also been checking out another male when he got shot.

Em – you don’t have to explain it for us!

Katie Couric is the famously mild-mannered and “soft” anchor of CBS Evening News; Shady’s lyrics are so edgy, he could even make someone like her sound like Carlin just stubbed his toe; his lyrics are also “worse” (the hip-hop “bad”, meaning “good”) than said person
