Considering that, and the last lines' references to fake painted food and plastic eyes, it could be interpreted to mean our food is of a lower quality. Kinda how some people say Taco Bell’s meat is dog food.
Further if we’re going down the line of things being fake, uneatable and unhealthy, the “Beefcake pantyhose” could refer to how pantyhose alter our perception of someone’s image. Some might keep things in more appealing shapes, others might give them a more attractive tone or color. Possibly even referring to how someone in drag might look differently or more attractive with the help of pantyhose.

Beefcake pantyhose as in Leggs spandex full figure light support pantyhose for women…. so imagine a fat chick in date bate attire.

Throughout the final verse, Andre details how his superstar status makes it challenging to find someone who truly loves him. As he states:

This lyric shows Amy’s awareness that she’s drinking to cope with loneliness and depression. Loneliness and social isolation are two factors that can increase one’s risk for depression. According to Christiansen et al. in “Associations of loneliness and social isolation with physical and mental health among adolescents and young adults”, there is a positive correlation between loneliness/social isolation and expression of depressive symptoms. For Amy, as she began to feel more and more isolated from others in her life, the more she was at risk for showing symptoms of depression. This can manifest in drug and alcohol abuse, as she writes in this song

This is more likely a reference to dantes inferno. In the area called Limbo, Dante encounters the 4 great classical poets – Homer, Ovid, Lucan, Horace – and is led there by Virgil. They collectively invite Dante to join their ranks, making 6 great poets total. In this lyric, Q-Tip is following Dante’s lead and inviting himself into the ranks of the Great Poets in history. This would make him the 7th.

So, in the stating of the poets, he’s the #7 pick.
