Peyton Manning is Eli’s All-Pro Quarterback brother.

The Sick Boi mixtape came out in 2008, after Eli Manning’s Giants won the Super Bowl (Peyton couldn’t win this year). So CG is a winner like Eli this year.

Around the time of this song, Eli had a reputation as a quarterback who was less technically proficient, however, he won games just as much. He continues to have a reputation as a quarterback who is extremely clutch, and always doing things people never thought possible. However, Peyton Maqnning is commonly viewed as the best classic quarterback from a technical standpoint.

The line feeds the idea of CG winning without being technically the best, and is ironic, as he boasts about being better than most other rappers.

This is a play on words, he’s calling himself a pimp, and refers to the girls he is playing as if they were his prostitutes.
The line “Making money but they’ll never make sense” is a double meaning, saying that although they are stupid they make money, and using the homo-phonic “cents” to say that the girls are good enough that their value will not diminish.

Jay pays another homage, to another of his inspirational rappers, this time KRS-ONE.

K-r-s-o-n-e is an acronym for ‘Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everything’.
Jay makes an allusion, changing his name with ‘Knowlege’, and making a clever sleight to say that he is synonymous with said knowledge.
