When criticizing Eminem, you’ve got to be very careful with your word choices. He takes everything literally and will turn it against you.
He’s saying because the media always takes what he says (slitting wrists and throats, stabbing wives, etc.) literally, he’s going to take what they say literally, and actually watch his mouth. This means taking his eyeballs out of their sockets, and turning them around so they face his mouth.
Eminem asking ‘'Oh, you want me to watch my mouth?’‘ is a response to all the controversy that he caused with The Slim Shady LP.
Finally, he could be saying that as long as he sees negativity in the world, he’ll rap about it, and the only way to stop him from rapping about that is by stopping him from seeing the negativity. This could be achieved by taking his eyeballs out and turning them around.
