This showcases how Em was a shy, tight-lipped boy full of rage, seeing as he jokes about not being able to speak until the third grade, and “fuck” being the first word he utters. That’s still his favorite word, but he’s not so shy anymore.

These lines also makes the point of the verse come full-circle. The whole verse deals with parents blaming Eminem for negative influences on their kids, but they don’t realize his offensive habits all came from his mother. It goes to show the parents are responsible.
