This line calls out the big businesses that benefit from cheap Mexican labor then turn around and complain about how illegal immigrants take jobs from hard working Americans.
The pimp/prostitute part points out the hypocrisy of some Americans; they force the Mexican to work for them at a low cost like a pimp, while at the same time acting like they are the victims.
This could also allude to Marx’s labor theory of value, which concludes that since the workers don’t own the means of production, they aren’t given the full profits of the labor they are entitled to; instead, the profits go to the top and trickle down, and the workers are cheated and not given what they are owed. In America, workers cannot own the means of production, and their bodies are “pimped out” by their bourgeoisie capitalist bosses who make a profit while the workers are left crumbs. “You can’t be a pimp and a prostitute too” means you can’t get rich unless you own the means of production, or are a part of the ruling class.
