This is a reference to a thread Mykro created. In the thread he posted some lyrics, but complained about not being able to rhyme Hulk Smash with anything. Since then, this joke has been used by many people on RG, including myself.

Rockwell is saying that he is a puppet to the game, he does not control his own destiny. Jim Henson was the creator of the Muppets, possibly the greatest show utilizing puppets ever.
