Soul is also insuniating that Soul is a more evolved human being (and therefore rapper) then other people.
Highway to Hell is a reference to the popular AC/DC album and song by the same title.
Soul is saying that his on his way to hell for his sinful lifestyle – he follows in the next line to a reference of the devil’s number on his vanity license plate.
