PROPOSED SUGGESTION:

section 8 is a government funding program that supposedly “assists” those in need. However from personal experience section 8 is another way to build a crutch for a lot of the poorer communities. Keep your 3rd eye open!

STEEZ is the GOD of tonal perception and eye slowed the audio down and it sounds like “…And quit and stop rhyming” Which is also something STEEZ hinted at during an unreleased interview he had at his last performance
