I released my Don’t Funk Up Our Beats contest entry hours before the deadline, now go and vote for me.

The reason I named this ‘Ill, Literally’ is because I was sick during the writing process and the recording process of this song. I had a 102 degree fever when this song was done but still did it anyway because it was a day before the Don’t Funk Up Our Beats contest would no longer accept entries.

My life is like a never ending story to me and it doesn’t have an end, meaning I won’t die doing this so I’m going to keep running to the top.

Mt. Dew is simply my favorite drink and I prefer writing with Bic pens.

In the summer of 2012 I got a verse from one of my favorite rappers, SwizZz from Funk Volume. That song will be released soon and is off of my debut album.

So many things are fucked up today that I wanted to talk about, but I decided upon this one for this song. I’m not going to go into great detail about this because a lot of it was bullshit from years back. It’s a reference to an old friend.

I think too much, and no matter where I am, I always feel lost in the world. I don’t know shit about why we’re here or anything like that; All I know is I’m a white rapper carrying myself up this road to the top, with a lot to prove.

There are times where I’ll find myself slipping and start losing it, but my friends hold me down and have stuck with me for years now. They’ve never turned their backs to me, and none of them are fake.
