A tithe is a one-tenth part of something, paid as a contribution to a religious organization or compulsory tax to government. Usually associated with the church, paying tithes keeps up with the underlying religious theme of the song.

Rick Ross here declares himself the head of the rap game and other rappers have to pay their tithes to him. He could be using the word tithes to symbolize the respect the other rappers and rap fans in general should be ‘paying’ him.

This isn’t the first time Ross has referred to himself and Jay as ‘kings’.

This line is a reference to “3 Kings”, a track on Ross' previous album, God Forgives, I Don’t, which featured Hov & Dre.

Much like Wal-Mart, the streets of Miami have much traffic. Similar to Wal-Mart shoppers, Ross switches lanes to work his way around traffic since his car is so fast compared to everyone else’s. Ross could also be switching lane to lane to show off his brilliant car.

This line could also be referencing that one of Ross' enemies is driving fast and frantically switching lanes to get away from Ross, because of his fear of Rick.

The girls don’t know who the guy is for his career, implying he isn’t famous for what he does (probably a rapper), and the women only care about his money, yet are unaware of what he actually does.

This is potentially a shot at Birdman when put with the previous line, and also due to the fact that most non-rap fans and even some rap fans have never heard of Birdman for his music, and almost nobody would put him in their top 5 rappers if asked.

He also has an Instagram Account where he frequently posts pictures.
