The Black Panthers was an African-American revolutionary socialist organization active in the United States from 1966 until 1982. The Black Panther Party achieved national and international notoriety through its involvement in the Black Power movement and U.S. politics of the 1960s and 1970s.

Pack is speaking of “Outlandish shit you never heard before” hence “Black Panthers pumping their fists on Jersey Shore” since that’s something you’d never expect to see. Also the aforementioned “Million Man March mixed with Watts Riots” ties in with this line as well.

The “Jersey Shore” is an American reality TV series on MTV

The Black Panthers were also known for symbolically putting one fist in the air, and a “fist bump” is a dance move seen on “Jersey Shore”.

Referring to the Million Man March which is considered one of the most important modern events of black American civil rights, was a gathering of social activists, held on and around the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on October 16, 1995.

Also referring to the Watts Riots which took place in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles from August 11 to 17, 1965. The six-day riot resulted in 34 deaths, 1,032 injuries, 3,438 arrests, and over $40 million in property damage. It was the most severe riot in the city’s history until the Los Angeles riots of 1992.

Pack is saying that his squad is a mix of the two meaning he has the numbers from the Million Man March and the force of the Watts Riots.

Pack referring to the assassination of Malcolm X on February 21, 1965, as Malcolm X prepared to address the Organization of Afro-American Unity in Manhattan’s Audubon Ballroom, a disturbance broke out in the 400-person audience, a man yelled, “Nigger! Get your hand outta my pocket!” As Malcolm X and his bodyguards moved to quiet the disturbance, a man seated in the front row rushed forward and shot him once in the chest with a double-barreled sawed-off shotgun.

Pack is also warning people to stay out of his pockets or he’ll cut off someone’s fingers, hand, arm, etc. unless they stop bugging him (hopefully not literally)

In this song both PackFM & Deacon the Villain question ignorance in America regarding slavery and just as the hook goes

Is ignorance bliss or is ignorance a bitch?

Pack starts off the song and his verse by saying if it isn’t February (Black History Month) then most Americans will probably forget about the struggle African-Americans went through during the aforementioned slavery.

Also could be a reference to Leap Day on February 29, which is a date that occurs in most years that are divisible by 4, such as 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020. It is commonly forgotten.
