Meth Damon forever!

Todd is proud of killing Drew Sharp. He thinks that doing this will impress the other people in the room–all of which questions whether Todd is a sociopath or a sadist. Sociopaths typically feel nothing when they commit their crimes, whereas sadists relish in their crimes.

Also, look on the fridge: It’s pictures from behind the scenes!

Q: Finally, any special meaning behind the old college hockey game playing at the bar? Someone actually figured out which game it was.

I’ll be honest with you, we were excited to get hockey. I’m from New York. Some of the other writers are from Massachusetts. What’s on the TV in New Hampshire? It’s going to be hockey. Having said that, being able to show a hockey clip is not a straightforward thing. We were very fortunate that our postproduction co-producer Andrew Ortner was able to get in touch with somebody willing to let us use a clip for a very reasonable price because they were fans of the show. We were very, very lucky because any time you show anything like that you have to clear it, and sometimes there are issues. On the TV we also had something from the ShamWow guy; he sent a big box of ShamWows and Schtickys to the writers office. We were very excited about that. There’s also a clip of The Mouse That Roars and The Lady From Shanghai.

Junior says something similar in the fourth episode of season one, “Cancer Man”

In season one, Junior was exasperated at his father’s apparent resignation because Walt didn’t want to be treated for his cancer. Now Junior genuinely wishes that Walt would die, because he is disgusted with the things his father has done, and he blames Walt for Hank’s death. The first time this line appeared, Junior loved his dad, but now he hates him.

The “Granite State” is New Hampshire, which is where Walt’s fake ID says he’s from that we see in the first episode of Season 5, “Life Free or Die.”

The Ozymandias Colossus, mentioned in Percy Bysshe Shelley’s “Ozymandias”, was built of granite blocks.

This episode is 75 minutes long, 15 minutes longer than the typical hour-long episode. How did AMC cover that 15 minutes? With an episode of The Three Stooges, the same episode that was playing during Season 5, Episode 3, “Hazard Pay.”

This episode was played on the same night as the 2013 Emmy Awards, the series finale of Dexter, and NFL Football and still brought in 6.58 million viewers (record high for the show)

In the last episode, “To'hajiilee”, Jesse outsmarted Walt and in a panic Walt called Jack for support. In the panic he gave Jack exact co-ordinates to where he is, not realizing how suspicious that’d be

This is the moment where we as the audience realize that Jack is smarter than he seems. Part of the reason he really came to “rescue” Walt was because he knew there had to be something about that coordinate Walt gave him
