Slugfest in boxing often means when both fighters continuously exchange shots at each other. Here he links it to rapping and that he is at an advantage with his lyrical blows, and that the rounds in boxing here relate to the rounds in a rap battle

A blow is used to describe a punch, and this blow is what kept money flowing

The Tuskegee Experiment was a study that took place in Tuskegee, Alabama by the US government. The experiment was made to study the causes of syphilis, the participants for the study were all African American and were uninformed of their disease, these men thought they were receiving treatment, but the government had intentionally not helped cure the men so they could see the effects of the disease even though a cure to syphilis was found in 1947 with penicillin. This study had spanned from 1932 – 1972 and 399 men in total with syphilis were studies, by 1972, 28 of these men had died from syphilis, 100 had died from related complications, 40 of their wives had been infected and ultimately 19 of their children were infected.
