However, Heavy Metal Kings was also the first and only single from Jedi Mind Tricks' fifth studio album “Servants in Heaven, Kings in Hell”

watching the barrel of the gun twitch is referring to the recoil that occurs whenever the gun is fired. After firing a weapon, the barrel tends to jolt upward as part of the recoil.

Midian is a place referenced in the Bible and the Qur'an, yet it is unknown where exactly it is located geographically.
for the fangs like the flesh, The Midianites (people who lived in Midian, duh) worshipped a deity called Baal-peor. “Human sacrifices were offered to Baal-peor and the priests who administered the sacrifices engaged in cannibalistic orgies.” more information here
It’s extremely plausible this is what Vinnie is referring to with this line… I mean… he makes entire songs based on conspiracies.
And if it’s not what he’s referring to, you just learned a whole bunch of meaningless information, congrats!
This is Def, a verse about Clive Barkers Midian and not the biblical one you speak of. The fangs, are from the demonic creatures that the gates of midian keep away from our world.
