The second half of this line is referring to the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark, which is a story of how God flooded the earth and commanded Noah to build an ark, gather two of each animal on earth, and put them all on this ark so that they would be able to repopulate the earth later.
Vinnie’s team is a bunch of animals, like the ones on Noah’s ark.
