Eminem credits the Animal House scene where Pinto hooks up with a 13-year-old as the inspiration of this verse.

“Why can’t people see that records can be like movies?” he says. “The only difference between some of my raps and movies is that they aren’t on a screen. I’m put on blast for a [rape fantasy scene in the song] ‘Guilty Conscience,’ but the idea came from ‘Animal House,’ which is a movie that everyone thinks is funny and wonderful. Dre and I were talking about doing a song about what’s on somebody’s mind when they are thinking of doing something bad, and I remember ‘Animal House’ when the girl passes out and the guy was about to rape her. He had a devil on one shoulder and the angel on the other saying don’t do it. So, we did the same thing, only a little more graphic detail.” (In the film, the rape doesn’t occur, whereas it’s not clear what happens in the song.)

This is a unreleased track from the original version of Kanye West’s The College Dropout album. Due to a leak, the album was reshaped and different tracks were placed on the album to switch it up and make it able to sell more since there was content that wasn’t heard yet on the project. This track, along with a variety of others, were cut from the album and used on various other projects throughout the years, whether his own, or used on a featured guest’s project.

You may or may not notice that the lyrics for Kanye’s verse were eventually “recycled” or re-used for his smash single Homecoming off of his third album “Graduation.”

The whole song’s a metaphor, using a girl called Windy to explore Kanye’s love for Chicago and how he turned his back on it.
