Nico Segal is a singer from Vic Mensa’s former band, Kids These Days. He moonlights as Donnie Trumpet and he has a new EP out.
This begins the spanish theme in the verse as he calls himself el presidento which is close to the spanish words el presidente meaning “the president”. A president’s “running mate” is the Vice-President.
Building off of the previous “ballot holders” line, he is saying that he’s running for President and that Nico is his VP

Vic is mocking all of the kids he grew up with that were too cool to have any fun. Now, he mocks them as he achieves his dreams. He’s telling them now is their chance to let loose.
“I’m a loser that’s where it’s at” could be a reference to songs the songs “Loser” and “Where It’s At” by Beck.
Set up by the last line, Vic references a couple popular Beck songs. He then goes on to reference his own work “Fun!(Interlude)” and “Magic” where he talks about how rapping is his true passion and “It’s all about having fun.” He might be saying he wasn’t having any fun in school because it wasn’t his passion.
