After all of these sexually explicit comments, it’s understandable to think that Voss is pretty blunt, or up front when he’s drunk.
He then tells this girl he wants the “junk in her trunk” (if you need that explained, you are 86 years old), then turns the phrase “blunt” for another meaning of the word (a cigar full of marijuana), and invites the girl to come indulge in some “skunk” (high quality strain of weed).
Hence the reference to Pepe LePew, a famous cartoon skunk, in the next line:

As she dances, she is sweating out the alcohol she is drinking through her pores (natural detoxification of the body).
Voss then makes a reference to the phrase “sweat her weave out”, meaning to tire a girl out so much during sex that her hair extensions actually sweat themselves out (it happens!)
