Shad has figured that he has figured out his dental plan but mentions another possible scam, which is having his toes run over by a rental van. Then if he sued the company (enterprise rent a car) and drivers for that and stuff, he would probably receive a good sum of money. But when the law suit is over he will still have to pay all the court fees.

Most people wouldn’t bend down to pick a penny off the sidewalk, but most people don’t have the commitment to saving money that Shad does.
