Wayne, being a Blood, has a red bandanna in his pocket. He follows up saying “I caught a bulls-eye” saying he has possession of it since it’s in his pocket, hence the “caught”.
Next part is interesting. You could look at it in the following two ways:
1) Bulls-eye targets are normally red and white… and do you know what else is red and white?
Wayne is making a comparison between the two since both share the same color schemes.
2) “I caught a bulls-eye” could also be read as “I caught a bull’s eye” as in he caught a bull’s attention. Bulls get enraged when seeing the color red. So he’s saying with his red bandanna he caught a bull’s attention.

Although Benjamin Franklin wasn’t particularly very tall (he was supposedly 5 feet and 9 inches in height, or 1.75 meters), he would obviously be taller if he stood on the tips of his toes. He makes a play on her name as well here. “Robin Givens” sounds like “robbing givings” which means you’re robbing someone’s earnings. Clever one Wayne, clever.
He was trying to refer to what happened between her and Mike Tyson in the late eighties. She made a lot of money from Tyson, it was a popular belief then that she and her mother took advantage of Mike Tyson.
