This is a reference to Carl Perkins’s “Blue Suede Shoes”, most famously performed by Elvis Presley.
Lana is a massive Elvis fan and thinks that he is the best. This suggests that Lana is in this relationship for two things: the money, and just generally the experience of being with this man.
Lana sings from the perspective of Priscilla Presley about her lover Elvis. Lana has used Priscilla as inspiration for her most iconic looks so this makes sense.
This phrase is also on a Skid Row song, called “Piece Of Me”

“One for the money two for the show” – this is a reference to child rhyme used to count down before starting the game. It ends with “three to get ready and four to go”.
Lana is counting down before starting relationship with the man, she is playful.
