The doctors are telling him his memories will come back soon in due time, but the amnesia is making him forget what anything is.

Refers to the title of Amnesia. Amnesia is a mental illness causing you to forget many things you once knew. This time the amnesia is causing him to forget where he is, and who he is.

Referring to the proceeding lines, about how he takes his drug game overboard.

Pure cocaine is extremely strong and almost always causes death upon snorting; Rino is even stronger than that, you better not mess with him!

Rino believes he is an outstanding lyrical rapper, and the only way he will be defeated is by a bunch of other lyrical rappers ganging up on him as an army.

Many mainstream rappers rap about taking advantage of girls and using them for sex, showing no individuality or uniqueness. How is this acceptable? Hopsin has no idea.

Although meeting new people and making new friends is often considered a positive thing, it also had a bad side. Meeting new people often consists of them bringing all the problems and negatives of their life into yours.
