Along with the chorus and previous line, while she has done bad things, like cheating on her man and giving him an STI and potentially doing the same to Cole, Cole still feels bad for her because her life is shit while he’s living in luxury. So he prays for her, probably to get her shit together as much as for her life to get better. After all:
