Nipsey Hussle is a rapper, entrepreneur, community activist, and one of MGK’s close friends.
This isn’t the first time MGK played on reference with Hussle. In “LTFU (One More Time)” he rapps:
When he says “word to Nipsey” he is giving him credit for the bar, and therefore not “biting” or jacking Nipsey’s line.
This is also a reference to him rewording one of Nipsey’s bars in the previous line. On “Tha Mansion” of Nipsey’s mixtape TMC, he raps “and I don’t hate y'all I just only love us”, which Kellz rewords in the previous bar.
