Popular rumor is that George Bush Sr. originally sold Saddam Hussein chemical weapons and bombs to defend Iraq in the 1980s. (Kanye is a bit of a conspiracy theorist though!)
What is true is that H.W. Bush gave Saddam hundreds of million of dollars to fight Iran, which Saddam used to purchase bio and chemical weapons.

During the days of the Vietnam War (and further back), Blacks and Latinos couldn’t afford to get a further education. Therefore, they couldn’t afford to get a further education and couldn’t avoid being drafted into the war.
Although after the Vietnam War, conscripted soldiers had been booted and an all voluntary army had been established. Over 40 years later, these concerns persist. They have manifested into a false perception that the military is indeed made up mostly of the less fortunate, that its recruiters prey upon the poor or the uneducated. This perception is only loosely based on reality. The supporting data shows that the wealthier your family is, the more likely your teenager is to enlist in the military, which is staunchly in opposition to the rhetoric Tech is dispensing.
*Today, the highest percentage of any section of the army (US Army Reserve) of Blacks and Hispanics/Latinos combined is about 30%
