This is referencing the angel/demon shoulder dilemma people have. Possibibly a reference to his song ‘Super cold’ where he says he has an angel on his back. Therefore he could be saying “said it so” because he has already mentioned it an earlier song.
Another interpretation can be seen from “angel” being plural (angels), so he doesn’t have a demon on his shoulder. Lupe is Muslim, and in the Muslim tradition every person has an angel on each shoulder, called Kiraman Katibin, or “honorable scribes.” The one on the right shoulder records the good deeds that you do and the one on the left records your bad deeds. Lupe may be using the idea that both of his shoulders have angels on them, and that they are aware of his decisions which they report directly to God.
