Technically no species of centipede can roll up the way that pill millipedes (seen above) can.
And pill bugs aren’t millipedes or centipedes at all – they’re terrestrial crustaceans, but we’ll forgive Baby for not having in-depth knowledge of arthropod biology.
So technically they roll their weed like “pill shaped terrestrial crustaceans”… but it doesn’t flow well.

Reaganomics was an idea under the Reagan administration that if you gave tax breaks to the wealthy, they would in turn create jobs with that money which would allow their wealth to “trickle down” to the poor and eventually lift them out of poverty.
Chris' intontation in this line, along with the following “Fuck ‘em”, implies that he really doesn’t care about discussing Reaganomics, at least not when there’s 'Tussin to drink!
