We’re getting throwed (aka faded, slizzed, to' down, to' up, etc.) as if we don’t know it’s not really good for our health except we actually do know it’s bad for us so we’re sort of being disobedient to our own knowledge of right and wrong. We’re so twisted off the substances we’ve indulged in that we’re hallucinating, seeing visions of our mothers grabbing a switch (a thin branch from a tree in the front or back yard) to discipline us for our naughty behavior. As we see this hallucination we declare that we want no parts of our imaginary mamas' punishment. We are also making a very stylish entrance (“coming down”) and are very excited (“coming live”).

Kate and I found common ground in underwear and rap music, like many young American men and women do on the daily.
