Originario del barrio de Las Delicias, en Zaragoza, es hermano menor del también rapero Rebel. Las influencias por el Hip-Hop comenzaron a mediados de los 80 gracias a su hermano mayor.
En 1996, junto a R de Rumba y Juez forma el grupo Bufank y grabaron una maqueta. Poco después Bufank se “fusiona” con Gangsta Squad y se forma Violadores del Verso.
Hate, o Sho-Hai, ha formado parte de Violadores Del Verso desde entonces, y continuan sacando cosas como grupo.
En 2011, Hate sorprendió a sus fans con su primer álbum en solitario, grabado en Los Ángeles, que salió a la luz el 1 Marzo con el título de Doble Vida. Poseedor de un estilo particular, desarrolla un humor negro en sus letras, particularmente referiendose a la muerte y especialmente; en su reconocida afición al alcohol.
