GZA is offering a cautionary tale about the dangers of fake friends (“amigo” is the Spanish word for friend). They will turn on you once they’ve gained your trust by manipulating you, by stroking “your ego” – meaning to flatter and compliment you.
In this story of what could happen, the supposed friend starts shooting (muzzle “flash”) at you while you’re driving (a “Buick Regal” car). The “dash” refers to the dashboard, a part of the car located at the front.
He uses the key to your apartment that you gave him to let himself in along with seven other people, presumably to kill you and/or steal your possessions.
Seeing the flash could also refer to a flash of insight when you realize he is your enemy, whereas before you could not see his true nature. There is no longer any question as to his intent or how close to death you find yourself.
