The Third Presidential Debate of 2012 focused on foreign policy and was divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on topics selected by the moderator.

Schieffer opened each segment with a question, after which each candidate was given two minutes to respond. Then the two candidates used the remaining time to discuss the topic.

A reference to the Philadelphia Flyers, a professional hockey team in the National Hockey League based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where Meek is from. Meek Mill plays on the team’s name to describe how shiny his jewelry is as if it resembled the ice where the Flyers play.

This amendment is the result of a major argument that occurred between the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists over the Bill of Rights. In short, the Federalists believed that by explicitly listing some rights that the government could not violate, the door was left wide open for the government to imply that any right not explicitly protected in the Constitution could be violated. Ultimately, the Anti-Federalists caved, hence the inclusion of this amendment.

Judicially, this amendment is generally regarded as protection against the expansion of governmental power via misconstruing the enumerated rights of the Constitution. However, the amendment does not protect against a legitimate expansion of governmental power, which the U.S. Supreme Court explained in United Public Workers v. Mitchell 330 U.S. 75 (1947):

If granted power is found, necessarily the objection of invasion of those rights, reserved by the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, must fail.

Lav' is Brendon Lavender, a long-time friend of JAKE’s and former guard for the University of Arizona Wildcats basketball team. As a senior, Lavender finished the season third in the NCAA in three-point field goal percentage after shooting .514 percent (56-for-109). He is currently tied for sixth in Wildcats' history for three-point field goal percentage.

Over his four seasons, Lavender scored 319 points, averaging 2.4 points a game. His 130 career games played is tied for eighth-most in Wildcats' history.

On June 30, 2012, he made the Atlanta Hawks summer league team.

The Second Presidential Debate of 2012 took the form of a town meeting, in which citizens asked questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues.

Each candidate had two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants were undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
