Referring to the rumors about him having sexual relations with former collaborator Foxy Brown. Hov has been dodging these rumors since they first collaborated on “Ain’t No Nigga” in 1996, and Brown hasn’t doused the flames, preferring instead to stoke them:

From that moment on, Jay and I became Bonnie and Clyde. A lot of things have happened over the years between Jay and I.

Meanwhile, Hov has continuously denied there was ever sexual relations between them. This, from an interview in 1999:

It’s a total untruth. [It was] a working relationship. I know at times people hinted at [that] … We just not there, you know what I mean? And I know people gonna say that, especially if you get the kind of reputation I have. But it just never happened.

He’s also referring to Fox News and CNN, and not having given them a reason to “slander him,” until recently, with his Cuba trip and all that, hence “opening Pandora’s box.”

This is an interpolation of a lyric by Jay’s one-time rival Ma$e. The opening verse from his 1997 hit single “Feel So Good” begins:

Yo, what you know about goin' out
Head west, red Lex, TV’s all up in the headrest

Before he starts rapping you can even hear a scream, similar to the one Puff Daddy does on “Feel So Good.”
