Balling or “ballin” is slang for playing basketball and also for being wealthy. The “Kobe” that Demetrius is referring to is Kobe Bryant. He is a professional basketball player who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. He is widely thought to be one of the greatest basketball players of all time, having won 5 NBA championships, being a 15-time All-Star, and much more.
In basketball, a six man or “sixth man” is a player who does not start off a game but is the first player to be substituted in.
Compared to you, Demetrius is like Kobe Bryant (a starter) and you’re just a sixth man. He has a lot more money than you do and, who knows, he could possibly be better than you at basketball too. He’s better overall.
