This continues the theme of confusion and not knowing what is real – girls stereotypically like pink, and boys blue.
He may be referring to homosexuality or being transgender.
From my perspective this belongs together with “man, give me a drink”. Which could be a mockery of the people who look too conservatively on for example gender roles. Who even cares if their kids like blue or pink? In Bis' opinion narrow minded people like that are the reason the world “stinks”.
