Cette partie du discours est peut être une pique à Sarkozy, qui, quelque jours avant, avait fustigé Bernard Thibault en déclarant qu'il avait “trahi la cause du syndicalisme” en ayant appelé à voter contre lui.
Les dirigeants ou les permanents de la CGT, qui appellent à voter pour un candidat (…), trahissent la cause du syndicalisme
On peut même ajouter cette pique de Sarkozy, en juillet 2008, envers la notion de manifestation en France :

Encore une critique des ministres sous le mandat Sarkozy, puisqu'Hollande remet en cause le cumul des mandats entre la fonction de ministre et les fonctions locales (comme maire par exemple).
On peut par exemple citer le cas du ministre des Affaires étrangères de l'époque, Alain Juppé, qui était aussi maire de Bordeaux.
Hollande revendique qu'il interdira le cumul des mandats pour les ministres. Et c'est ce qui a commencé à être étudié par la commission Jospin.

Hollande fait ici référence aux différentes affaires de conflits d'intérêts entourant les ministres élus sous Sarkozy.
Comme par exemple le fait qu'Eric Woerth cumulait les fonctions de Ministre du Budget et de trésorier de l'UMP ce qui peut être en soi incompatible.
Promettant d'appliquer un code déontologique, il souhaite éviter ces conflits s'il est élu.
Mais, récemment, Hollande a du faire face à une polémique autour de ces conflits d'intérêts, puisque le ministère de l'Economie a choisi la banque Lazard pour le conseiller sur la future Banque publique d'investissement, or cette banque est dirigée par Matthieu Pigasse, un soutien assumé d'Hollande lors de sa campagne présidentielle.
Le directeur général délégué de la banque Lazard en France et vice-président de Lazard en Europe est Monsieur Matthieu Pigasse. Ce dernier a été un soutien public et puissant du candidat François Hollande

On sait que la parité en politique est un sujet sensible. Des scandales, comme l'affaire de la robe de Cécile Duflot, éclatent encore, exacerbant les préjugés et autres idées stéréotypées des hommes politiques sur les femmes.

Les femmes sont souvent sous-représentées, et certaines mesures, comme la loi sur la parité, essayent de rééquilibrer tout cela.
La promesse de la parité gouvernementale d'Hollande a été tenu puisque lors de son élection en mai 2012, 17 femmes ont été nommées ministres, sur 34 ministres au total.

Le statut pénal du chef de l'Etat, c'est le fait qu'il ait l'immunité pendant son mandat pour des actes commis avant ou pendant le mandat.
Hollande fait ici référence à la responsabilité de Sarkozy dans les financements illégaux de sa campagne de 2007 par Bettencourt. Une affaire contre laquelle il était protégée avec son mandat.
Hollande réutilise un dossier sensible de Sarkozy, une casserole, pour promettre qu'il modifiera ce statut pénal, et que le président sera ainsi responsable de ses actes face à la justice.
Cette promesse a commencé à être appliqué avec la Commission Jospin, mandatée par le chef de l'Etat, qui souhaite supprimer ce statut d'immunité.
