Hollande fait ici référence aux réunions du premier cercle, adhérents de l'UMP qui disposent de beaucoup de revenus et qui font donc des dons importants au parti, à l'hôtel parisien Le Bristol.
Hollande accuse Sarkozy et un de ses ministres, Eric Woerth, d'avoir organisé plusieurs de ces réunions, en secret, en période de mandat Sarkoziste, pour encourager les dons massifs à l'UMP.
Il y a eu d'autres références à cette affaire dans le débat entre Sarkozy & Hollande, puisqu'Hollande a notamment demandé à Sarkozy :
Dites la vérité. Vous n’avez pas organisé des réunions pour les collectes de fonds à l’Hôtel Bristol avec Woerth ?
Ce à quoi Sarkozy a répondu :
Non, non.
Un mensonge, puisque les images disent le contraire.

En 2007, dans un entretien pour le journal Sud Ouest, Sarkozy avait dit :
Le Premier ministre est un collaborateur. Le patron, c’est moi !
L'emploi du terme collaborateur dans une entreprise désigne, les personnes qui sont hiérarchiquement inférieur à nous.
Cet emploi du mot collaborateur pour désigner Fillon, le premier ministre de Sarkozy, avait fait grand bruit puisque dans la 5ème République, le premier ministre a un véritable rôle et il forme un couple de l'exécutif avec le Président.
Sarkozy avait plus tard cherché à démentir l'emploi de ce terme :
Le Premier ministre n'est pas un collaborateur. Trouvez-moi la phrase où j'ai dit ou écrit que François Fillon était mon collaborateur !
Mais le mal était fait, et les médias conservent toutes les preuves.
Hollande remet donc en cause l'emploi de ce terme par Sarkozy, pour discréditer le président, et déclarer que lui ne sera pas aussi sévère avec son futur Premier ministre.

Hollande fait référence aux différentes invitations à l'Elysée émanant de Sarkozy pour les parlementaires de l'UMP, alors majoritaires sous la présidence Sarkozy, alors que dans la Constitution de la Vème république :
Le président est au dessus des partis.
Comme vous le voyez sur cette capture émanant de Le Point, Sarkozy avait invité plusieurs fois la majorité parlementaire à l'Elysée, et notamment lors de traitement de dossiers épineux.
François Hollande rappelle le principe même du président de la république, qui doit se trouver au dessus des parties politiques. C'est à dire qu'il ne doit pas mener la politique d'un partie, mais une politique étatique.
Ce qu'Hollande sous entend c'est que Sarkozy ne respectait pas la séparation des pouvoirs et qu'il essayait via ces invitations d'influencer la majorité pour faire passer des dossiers et projets de lois plus facilement.
Un empiétement anormal de l'exécutif sur le législatif.

Un slasher est un genre cinématographique, sous-genre du film d’horreur et du film d’exploitation, mettant en scène les meurtres d’un tueur psychopathe, généralement masqué, qui élimine méthodiquement un groupe de jeunes individus, souvent à l’arme blanche.
D'où le fait qu'Orelsan ait un sabre au moment de cette phase dans le clip.
Il entend par cette phase qu'il est un peu “l'intru” du morceau. En effet il est le seul rappeur du son à ne pas faire partie du label WATI B. Orelsan était donc totalement inattendu sur ce morceau.
Souvenez-vous qu'il était “l'invité mystère” !
