There aren’t many musicians who have been pigeonholed like Burial. Since he gained praise with 2007’s Untrue, listeners and critics have labelled “the Burial sound” as if it were straight gospel.

Plenty of time was allowed for Untrue‘sound to become mainstream. The motto “sounds like Burial” started sounding almost like a put-down.
This is because, as this decade so far has proven, “the person who doesn’t sound like Burial anymore is Burial himself”. (via Pitchfork). Burial puffs his chest out and declares this is his new sound as the song immediately runs into a drum and bass frenzy with hints of Chemical Brothers and Araabmuzik in the madness.
This could also have connotations of the theme of sexuality throughout the album which is gone into more detail here.
