Adverbs are used to describe things you DO.
He says he gets “imaginative” and his “brain [is] full of adverbs”. This means he won’t actually do anything he is rapping about.

Eminem has an active imagination and a plethora of descriptive words memorized, he can use to verbally portray his thoughts. The words are already at the tip of his tongue and can be dropped at a moment’s notice.

Verbs ARE the things you do, adverbs DESCRIBE them. This line doesn’t mean he won’t do the things he says, it means he’s really good at rapping. He’s imaginative and has a lot of descriptive words at his disposal which he uses (combined with laxatives to “shit” on the competition.

Also, “sane” is an adjective.
