Spose comes up with some spectacular shit, and he can make you laugh or surprise you.

Also, he uses a pun in hare raising, because hare’s are bunnies.

Spose is saying this as a hater who would hear “he is a white rapper from Maine”, and automatically dismiss him as an MC. Playing on the idea that hip/hop, or rap for that matter is a predominantly “black” genre, Spose claims that haters will dismiss his music simply because he’s white.

He chose to use the term “Gee Wilikers” because it’s usually associated with white people who are out of touch with the times.

There are a bunch of white rappers in the game, but none of them (besides Spose of course) have any motivation to be successful.

This ties in with the last line saying that too many white rappers are already “eating” or somewhat successful and not hungry to blow up.

Spose says “Hershey’s Cookies and Cream” in the line before this as they are wrapped in white wrappers. He continues with the theme of “white wrapper” as a double entente, like the wrapper of a Hershey’s Cookies and Cream.

Spose is also stating that people are not hungry for said treats which in this case represent white rappers. Spose is acknowledging the general public’s lack of interest in all of the new white rappers.

Also, it gives her a taste of her own medicine as this is how Casey Anthony killed her child.

Everyone in Maine is backing Spose up and getting behind his music.

This is similar to how when a weatherman gives a broadcast, he has an image of the state he’s speaking over behind him.

A weatherman in a literal sense has the image of the state behind him, while Spose has the people of Maine backing up his music.

Spose is clarifying more ways in which rap has changed.

Whereas we used to have Ol' Dirty Bastard and Snoop Doggy Dogg, we now have Wayne (Lil Wayne) and Tyler (Tyler, The Creator). These are stereotypically white names, but rapper names in this instance.

In the 1990s, hip-hop popularized sagging baggy pants as a fashion trend, which became prevalent in the culture and among youths.

By the mid 2000s, the trend had taken an abrupt U-turn to slim-fit pants, often referred to as skinny jeans, brought to the mainstream at the spike of emo and scene) subculture. It is continued today among many hipsters.

This change in style is partially indicative of how rap has been evolving.
