Ici il s'adresse directement à l'auditeur, Oxmo Puccino apparaît pour la première fois “Mes”, “Ma” (même s'il utilise le pronom possessif “mon” plus tôt en parlant de son “texte”).
“Les gens s'y voient comme dans une flaque d'eau”.
On peut se demander pourquoi la flaque d'eau et non un miroir.
La flaque d'eau donne un côté grisâtre à la scène : après le pluie, quelque chose d'un peu déformé, de pas très net.
D'où le triste reflet, son écriture ne peut pas être précisément la description de chaque enfant seul, et pourtant ils s'y retrouvent, comme on se reconnait dans une flaque d'eau.
Le triste reflet peut renvoyer à ces moments où l'on voit notre image et on se demande si la vie est vraiment belle. On imagine ces visages marqués par la tristesse dès l'enfance.
Ou les gens découvrent la tristesse de leur réalité, comme quand on se regarde dans une flaque d'eau. Au contraire, son écriture est justement la précise description de chaque enfant seul. Mais se voir comme dans une flaque d'eau, c'est découvrir avec choc à quel point l'on peut être sombre, triste, seul.
Cela peut être aussi une référence/être inspiré de la chanson “Rosa” de Jacques Brel :
“Le miroir d'une flaque sans amour
Qui m'a fait comprendre un beau jour
Qu'je n’s'rai pas Vasco de Gama”
Brel est surement une inspiration pour oxmo sachant qu'il a fait une reprise de la chanson “Ces gens la”.
