Tip drops another hint about what he means by the “wrong season"—alluding to the fact that the girl is in a bad mood because she’s on her period, which is characterized by blood loss and painful menstrual cramps.

This is also a reference to the following line from MC Lyte’s classic song “10% Dis”:

30 days a month your mood is rude
We know the cause of your bloody attitude

Phife gets biblical with these two references, comparing the girl’s resistance to the fall of the wall of Jericho and then the girl’s readiness to three Jews whom were thrown in a fiery furnace due to their religious practices.

“Sugar Walls” is also a reference to the 1984 Sheena Easton song written by Prince, with sugar walls ostensibly being the inside of the vagina.

Phife name drops a few NBA players of the time: Scott Skiles, Magic Johnson and Karl Malone. While using Magic makes sense, Skiles and Malone are used because their names rhymed, because while they were very good, they were not particularly popular especially amongst the Hip-Hop community.

On Dec. 30, 1990, Scott Skiles dished 30 assists in a game against the Denver Nuggets, an NBA record for most assists in a game. According to wikipedia, the Low End Theory was recorded between 1990 and 1991, and while I have not yet found an interview with Phife confirming this, it is plausible that the MC is dropping Skiles' name as a reference to his 30 assists.
