I always saw the first two lines of this section of this verse as a reference of the works of Madonna.

In the first line he says the word “immaculate” which could be referring to Madonna’s greatest hits album The Immaculate Collection (1990).

In the beginning of the second line he says “Deeper and deeper” which could be referring to her hit song Deeper and Deeper (1992).

This would make sense since this song and both of these works of Madonna were released in the 90’s so there’s a good chance Biggie did know about them.

February 21, 1990: The New York Knicks traded Rod Strickland to the San Antonio Spurs for Maurice Cheeks.

Rod Strick was a young gun with that New York flav and style, while Cheeks was a VERY seasoned vet that kept it vanilla. No wonder Sadat was flabbergasted.
