AKA plays on the idiom, “Love is blind.” Normally, this is associated with someone who falls in love with someone who is not beautiful to everyone, but only to that person.

In this case, love is blind because he is fallen in love with someone who does not do him well.

“That camera” may be a metaphor for the fame he has fallen in love with. This also may be an allusion to Drake’s Cameras.

in this context the line “see? there you go again” is sort of a double entendre for the trouble she may implying he’ll be getting into and also, the obvious journey he’s making

The lines that follow reinforce each meaning he’s on his BBM to show he’s not starting anything and the mentioning of DBN where he traveled to

He might be/also referring to Nicky Greenwall, host of shows such as The Showbiz Report. The show was shot in Cape Town and Ms Greenwall was considered amongst one of the best in her field (i.e TV Hosting), hence Nicky got some girls who gon' be some good hosts.
