Perhaps a reference to Jimmy, B-Rabbit: Eminem in 8 Mile (2002).

Also: Possibly a reference to South Park’s episode “Cripple Fight!” where Jimmy tries to be noticed by everyone, who are too enthralled with Timmy’s talent to pay him any mind.

Another interpretation:

Playing on the last name of comedian Jim Carrey (who gets a lot of shout-outs from both Tyler and Earl)

Earl used a similar line in “Assmilk” later on in the album.

Jim Carrey her to the cemetery to bury her

Or he could be talking about Out of Jimmy’s Head, a cartoon that was on Cartoon Network, about a boy named Jimmy who saw cartoons appear out of his head after receiving a brain transplant from a Walt Disney-type cartoonist.

In rap battles if you “get off on someone” if really go in on them, then it’s over because they have no comeback

Unlike a highway exit, you can’t “get off” on Fab. Keep driving until you find an exit named after a mediocre rapper, like Exit 72a (Lloyd Banks).
