In relevance to the hook, i believe Tunde is recalling a girl he saw, that may or may not have been the girl he is recalling it to. But he can’t remember because of how long its been since its happened to him.
I think the whole meaning to the song could be that he saw his girlfriend cheating on him, and it had bothered him a lot, but he couldn’t bring it up to her, so by the time he finally gets the guts to confront her, he can’t remember exactly because he could be worked up, or its just been to long.
